Our university's Strategic Research Center will be organizing a panel on the "Development of the Concept of a Constitution in Turkey and Implemented Constitutions" at the Biga Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences on 3 April 2009 at 14.00. The panel will be chaired by Assoc. Prof. İbrahim KAYA. All those interested are welcome to attend.
