PRESENTATION AND PARTICIPATION POLICY

The language of the Congress will be English.

Oral presentations will be simultaneously translated into
Turkish.
-
Scientific participation in the Congress is by full-text
paper.
-
The first step is submitting an abstract and secondly, by
sending a full-text of the accepted abstract.
Presentations types

Oral presentations
 Oral presentations
should be prepared on a computer-based program.
A
computer and projection equipment will be available in the conference hall
during the presentation.
It is possible to show a film as part of a presentation.
Individual presentations: 20
minutes speaking, 10 minutes discussion,
Institutional presentations:
30 minutes speaking, 15 minutes discussion.

Posters
Posters
should be a maximum of 120 cm (horizontal) x 90 cm (vertical).
In the poster hall, all equipment-materials necessary for hanging will be
available.

Panels
A
panel will consist of six (6) panelists, including the Chair, and each
panelist must send an abstract.
The duration of each panel will be two (2) hours.
Each panelist has the right to speak twice and to speak for a total 20 minutes.
It is
possible to show a film or give a computer presentation during the speech.
